Nourish A Soul | Scholarship Program

Please DOWNLOAD and read the following criteria contained in the application before completing the request form directly below. Financial assistance for individuals will usually range between $2000 and $4000. Nourish My Soul’s funding decisions are based on several factors, including: urgency, financial need, eligibility and available funding.

Nourish My Soul is not able to help if any of the following apply:
The Applicant/Nominee’s needs for relief are related to disease, disorder or disability that prohibits them from living life healthily, despite their efforts to do so, and needs access to alternative healing modalities.
The provider’s services can be financed through insurance, a county or state agency.
The Applicant/Nominee’s needs for relief prohibits them from traveling to the venue of the Soul Retreat.
When household income exceeds double the US Median for your/their state.
Nourish My Soul funding resources have been depleted.

All submissions will be reviewed by Nourish My Soul and must be approved by Board Members to receive benefit of the grant. You will be contacted within 2 weeks of receipt of application.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
